Rachel: My name is Rachel Menhinick and I attend the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I am finishing my undergraduate degree in Psychology this summer and beginning work on a masters in elementary education this August. I am placed in a fifth grade classroom at Norris Elementary in Anderson County for my student teaching experience next year, and I could not be more excited. I am fun-loving and driven. I like to run, be outdoors, and hangout with my friends and family.
